All course fees must be paid on time as per the agreed schedule. Fees once paid are non-transferable. Late payments may result in suspension of classes or access to study materials.

3. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect teachers and fellow students. Any misconduct, misbehavior, or damage to property may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

4. Study Material

All notes, test papers, videos, and study materials provided by Vidyam Classes are for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Attendance & Performance

Regular attendance is mandatory. Vidyam Classes is not responsible for poor academic performance due to irregular attendance or lack of preparation by the student.

6. Changes to Schedule

The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty, course structure, or timing when necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vidyam Classes shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our services or inability to attend classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
