Refund policy

Vivekvidyam Classes Pvt. Ltd.

Vivekvidyam Classes Pvt. Ltd. follows a transparent and fair refund process. Parents/guardians are requested to read the policy carefully before admission.

1. Refund Application Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted in writing at the institute office.
The date of submission of the written application will be considered for refund calculation.
Verbal communication or phone/email requests will not be treated as valid refund requests.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration Fee
  • Admission Processing Charges
  • Scholarship/Test Fee (if applicable)
  • Study Material Charges (once issued)
  • Technology / Portal Access Fee (once activated)

3. Refund Structure (Excluding Non-Refundable Charges)

  • Before batch commencement – 100% Refund
  • Within 7 days of batch start – 75% Refund
  • Within 14 days – 50% Refund
  • Within 21 days – 25% Refund
  • After 4 weeks – Refund on Pro-rata basis

4. Pro-Rata Refund Calculation

Refund Amount = Total Fee Paid – Cost of Classes Attended

Cost of Classes Attended =
(Total refundable course fee ÷ Total days for syllabus completion) × No. of days attended

5. Scholarship Cases

Refund will be calculated only on the actual amount paid by the parent.
Scholarship benefits are not separately refundable.
If scholarship terms are not fulfilled, refund eligibility may change accordingly.

6. Mode & Timeline of Refund

Refund will be processed within 15–21 working days from approval.
Payment will be made via Bank Transfer or Account Payee Cheque.
Refund will be credited only to the parent/guardian account provided at the time of admission.

7. Important Conditions

  • No refund shall be granted in cases of disciplinary action or violation of institute rules
  • Study material once issued cannot be returned
  • All disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction
